I studied nutrition from a very early age, and with that I thought I had it all figured out. Oh boy was I wrong.  Why were there so many healthy foods out there making someone like me gain weight? I was so confused. I made it my passion and my absolute priority to figure out how to get to a place where I could eat when I wanted, like it and be satisfied. After 15 years I finally got it.


I started by eliminating everything then slowly adding things back, then wait and see. I began to realize that a cup of white rice and a cup of brown rice were so far from being the same. Your body will gain weight from the white rice but not from the brown rice. Within my diet. I also found out that dairy fat and animal fat, beans and nuts, were a massive no-no as well. Eating meat, in my opinion, is important. I wonder what is going on with those people who think that by not eating meat they will lose weight. Listen, it is not the meat that is making you fat. Step away from the processed foods. There are some foods that are healthy but also fattening. And if you’re like me, gaining weight from just looking at something, then don’t worry.  I have found the way. No more measuring, weighing or counting calories, or being afraid to eat and then wondering what to do when you’re still hungry.
I would so much rather be there in person to show you, cook with you and have one-on-one time with you to really talk about everything.  But I knew that I had to find some way to share all that I’ve learned over the years.


The cooking you are about to do and the tasting you are about to experience will change your life.  It is so easy that once you get started, you’ll see that I really didn’t have much to write about after all.  That is the point of this eating plan — the simplicity of it all. You will love it. It’s not necessary that you read about my life over the past 20 years, and all the paths taken to get to this place, because if you did, this would be never-ending. And you, as would I, would be screaming, “Just get to the Point already so I can get started!” Am I right?
Here is a list of all the things you can eat, followed by some easy-to-follow recipes. My suggestion is to focus on what you like and can eat. This will be fun and exhilarating for you and the people around you.  The food you are about to eat is so tasty (and good for you). Make sure to make extra because the people around you are going to want what you’re eating!

 

Overcoming Lyme disease

 

What a horrible disappointment trying one method after another with no positive outcome.


Don’t give up no matter what anyone says around you even if you have no support make sure you support yourself. It’s a very hard thing to figure out you have and it’s a very hard thing to get rid of. I tried all the antibiotics under the sun and all kinds of treatments, it would work for a minute, and then I would fall right back into it. my final after years of trying everything from Pick Line to you name it. I went to a place called Hippocrates. It’s in West Palm beach FL. They treated me with colloidal silver through my pick line. with that I finally started having positive feedback from the treatment even though it took months for my body to regulate. The cleansing diet and nutrition, dense food they have there is a game changer towards strengthening your body and getting rid of all your toxins. after that I started doing TMS which is brain tapping. It helps get rid of the inflammation in your brain. Lyme disease and an immense amount of antibiotics will cause extreme inflammation both equally as bad. It is the most amazing thing. I also laid on a magnetic force mattress. All of this took about 35 days. After doing colloidal silver for three weeks three times a week.


Mind you that your diet is extremely important, but you can do it and you can get through it. love your body and it will love you back, I promise.
